How long have you been in Real Estate full time?
A: Over 15 years combined experience.
2.
Do you personally answer all phone calls on the property?
A: Yes. One of us will respond promptly to all queries about your
property. We feel that communication is a key element in the sale of
any property. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you can't wait
days or even hours to get answers to your questions. That's why when
you call one of us will try to respond within minutes if possible.

Can we cancel the listing if we're not happy? A:
Yes.

Do you have a personal assistant? A: We
assist each other in all tasks. We do not have separate clients or
listings. You really have two Realtors® working for
you at all times. We share both the responsibility and the
incentive to do the best job possible for our clients. We are a true
team.
5.
If you go out of town, who will take care of your business?
A: We work closely with several Realtors® in our office, one of
whom would support you in our absence. In most instances, we would still
be available by phone.
6.

What systems do you have in place that will keep you in contact
with me during the listing and the transaction? A:
Personal contact is one of the keys to our success. You will be kept
informed through every step in the process. When you have a question, we
will be available to respond. See #8 below

Are you fully automated with your own computer/laptop, FAX
machine, scanner/copier, digital camera, color printer, mobile phone,
Voice-mail, E-mail, etc.? A: In a word, yes.
9. What real estate professional designations
do you have? A: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),
Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES),
Lending Tree Realty Services Certified Agent, William E. Wood & Assoc.
Internet Response Team and Relocation Team.

I want the advantage of sound marketing strategies. What will
you do for me? A: We are constantly reviewing our
marketing approach to determine what works and what doesn’t. We never
rely on the latest fads that may be in use by others. We do a statistical
evaluation of our marketing methods and concentrate our efforts where they
prove to be the most effective.

Can you give me a list of your clients who have listed their
home with you and may I call them?
A: Yes;
however, we feel strongly about respecting the privacy of all our clients
and will release only the names of clients who have given us permission to
do so.
12.
Why are you personally motivated to sell my house? A:
This is our business. Our success relies on our ability to satisfy our
clients. We have no business without your success.
13.
Why should I list with you rather than any other agent who is
calling? A: There is no simple answer to this
question. Review the information on our web site about us and our
approach to real estate. Be sure you feel comfortable with any realtor
you select to assist you with the sale of your home or property. If you
